Foodbank WA approached us to develop a “call to arms” for Western Australian businesses and philanthropists to become ‘Guardians of WA’, a select group of high-worth annual benefactors that will eventually end hunger in WA by 2030.
Ending hunger is no mean feat. Those who lead the charge to a hunger-free future deserve a place in WA lore forever. So, we started writing the story today.
We created a fable from the future called ‘The Day That Hunger Ended,’ following the Guardians of WA as they work with Western Australian children to ensure no one goes hungry again.
The simplified story is based on real Foodbank research on the far-reaching effects of hunger on WA society, and the real life benefits of ending it.
We sent copies of the fable to top-tier WA businesses and individuals, inviting them to put themselves in the story. By becoming a Guardian of WA, they won’t just become characters in our book, but in WA history.

Have you heard? Keystart do home loans with deposits as low as 2% with no lender’s mortgage insurance. Unfortunately, this offering was being lost in the complexity of the ins and outs of home ownership. So, we set out to make Keystart’s simple proposition impossible to forget, in a series of memorably bizarre chats at a workplace water cooler.

Building for Tomorrow, a brand platform for five of the State Government’s transport agencies, needed to communicate with the people of WA about transport infrastructure projects.
We encouraged Western Australians to view every construction sign as a sign of great things to come — reframing familiar language on the signs to showcase the benefits of the work into the future.

The Perth Mint needed to offer their highest-value customers the Opportunity to acquire a rare bird - one of twelve 2oz Gold Proof High Relief Australian Kookaburra coins, valued at $7.599.
We tapped into these customers' insatiable need to collect with a 'collectible' piece of direct mail. We set out to be the diametric opposite of so-called junk mail with a limited edition print from a local artist of the coin's avian subject, finished with foiling in The Perth Mint's signature gold.

18 strangers. One social experiment. One simple symbol of democracy.
When many around the world cannot vote freely, a State Election where everyone gets an equal say is something worth celebrating. But not everyone was showing up to the party. So we invited real West Aussies from all backgrounds to come together around a simple, single representation of democracy — a table where they could all take their seat, and have their say.

RAC Rescue helicopters operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you need them, they will be there. Every hour of every day. So we took 24 real RAC Rescue helicopter missions - one for each hour of the day - and put them on two 66-metre timelines along the busy Citylink tunnel in Perth Underground station.
Usually an inconvenient obstacle, we used the site's handrail instead as an asset, forming part of the timeline itself.

Titan Digital needed a modern brand refresh that reflected its ability to keep up with current digital, web, and print-based design trends. Previously known for web-based solutions, the new logo design needed to work universally with all departments whilst maintaining the legacy the original brandmark held.
Overall, the rebrand needed to bring some much-needed life to the company, positioning them as a complete creative agency rather than a corporate web service. The solution involved rethinking corporate copy and imagery, creating a hand-drawn icon set and creating an overall look that could bring youthfulness and consistency to all applications.

Three Bee’s Honey is a Perth local and as raw as it gets (nevermind being bloody delish on toast). To showcase this the brand design is pure and minimal and each element was created and digitised from real honey.
Three Bee’s Honey required a flexible label solution for multiple packaging sizes and styles, as well as a distinct and recognisable brand identity.

Indulge Me Bakery creates mouthwatering melting moments with inventive, rotating fillings (coffee, lime, caramel – you name it!).
The logo reflected the hand-crafted and home-cooked delicacies with a minimalistic monogram melting moment graphic to support it.
Invitation Design | Illustration | Wedding Suite
Sheldon and Samantha’s wedding suite reflected their rustic, natural theme and featured the bride’s choice of flower; baby’s breath.
The design featured custom hand illustrations, including a monogram logo graphic, baby’s breath elements and a map. The invitations considered a conservative print budget and consisted of two versions for guests who were invited ceremony-only or the full evening. Seating charts, menus and place cards were designed to match for the reception.

Vergola WA needed a new logo and brand after its visual identity had remained mostly unchanged since they brought the Vergola louvre pergola brand to WA in 1987.
The end design mimicked the Vergola system, reflecting its ability to create the perfect outdoor environment no matter the weather, season or time of day. Through the use of colour and angles the Vergola logo reflects the sun and the louvre pergola’s ability to take full advantage of it.
